Apply for a student visa as soon as you receive your acceptance

What is APS certification? Do I need it? How do I get it?
The PS (Akademische Prüfstelle) or Evaluation Center is responsible for checking the accuracy of your documents. Once your documents are verified and deemed valid, APS India will issue an APS certificate. If you have completed or are continuing your education in India from November 2022, the APS certificate will be mandatory for student visa applications. This process has been implemented to speed up the visa process.
Some German universities may expect you to present an APS certificate when applying to their programmes.
Report the requirements to obtain APS certification. Collect all documents and register online. You must pay the processing fee and send the written and signed form and verification documents to APS. If you have a scholarship funded by Germany or the European Union or an international qualification, you do not need to apply for an APS certificate.
